Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by TESPOK and its event partners to ensure the Participants’ safety, Participants run at their own risk and the Organizers will not be responsible or held liable for any loss or damage, personal or otherwise, injury or death, howsoever arising during participation in the TESPOK Autism Marathon.

I acknowledge that in its nature, this is a potentially hazardous activity. I should NOT enter and participate in any capacity unless I am medically able and properly trained.

I agree to abide by any decision of an event official relative to my ability to safely complete the run.

I authorize TESPOK to select and secure medical attention including any medical evacuation as may be necessary for me as a result of injury or other events requiring emergency care while I am in attendance of the event.

I also grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion picture, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry into this event, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release TESPOK, its agents or partners, event officials, all companies or locations in which the events or segments of the events are held, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the event.
